We've worked with linguistic experts around the world to build the world’s most robust coverage of name pronunciations. In the rare instance that we do not have a name recording, our team works quickly with the right linguistic expertise to deliver the accurate and most likely name pronunciation.

When a name has more than one accurate pronunciation, our algorithmic recommendation model surfaces the most likely pronunciation based on an individual’s gender, nationality, ethnicity, and location.

For schools and organizations where users have recorded their own name pronunciations using other NameCoach products, those recordings appear in Salesforce.
