With 70% of worldwide commerce conducted through 3rd party channel partners it is essential that Manufacturers, Suppliers, Sales Agents, Distributors, Dealers and other members of the channel ecosystem can quickly assign, share and collaborate around Leads, Accounts and Opportunities without sending emails and spreadsheets back and forth. LeadSmart Connect is the solution to this challenge.
LeadSmart Connect works seamlessly with Salesforce Sales Cloud and includes a unique Partner Portal that can be accessed by your partners. Only items that are specifically shared are displayed in the partner's Portal. Partners can make updates or add notes and activities that are reflected back in Sales Cloud in real-time.
Pre-defined reports and dashboards provide instant visibility to partner activity and updates eliminating "black hole leads" and blind spots.
LeadSmart Connect also includes a number of bonus features including a built-in duplicate management/data hygiene system for managing incoming leads, a special SmartLead feature that tracks all leads and inquiries over time, and GeoTracker™ which provides a visual, color-coded map of assigned Accounts and Partners.
