Knowledge Dashboard Pack for CRM Analytics

Warning: For now, the use of this pack requires at least one CRM Analytics license. If you don't have the "Analytics View Only" license in your org, please assign your users a CRMA license instead.

With the Knowledge Analytics Dashboards package, you can identify:

• Top rated and viewed articles
• Top search entries and knowledge gaps
• Top article contributors
• Linked article trends

Before you get started, set up Lightning Knowledge. To use the dashboards, you need one of the following:

• Knowledge licenses in your production org. Contact your account executive for help.
• A Developer edition of Salesforce.
• A trial edition of Salesforce.

The Knowledge Analytics Dashboards package is built for CRM Analytics. Users with Lightning Knowledge can view the dashboards in Service Cloud. To edit the dashboards or create new ones, you need a CRM Analytics license.
