JobQuest Manager

This application facilitates the management of internal job postings and applications within the organization. It primarily includes job postings and job applications.

Once a recruiter posts a job using the application, all organization users can view the job openings aligned with their career aspirations and apply for roles that suit them. Upon applying, applicants receive an automated email confirmation. Subsequently, recruiters or hiring managers review the applications, determining further actions based on criteria and other relevant aspects.
