Jewish Campus Connections

Note: this app requires NPSP (https://powerofus.force.com/s/article/NPSP-Install). This app is catered for Jewish leaders on college campuses enabling them to track their constituents - basic information on their students, alum, parents and donors and their religious affiliations. The app enables them to track interactions, spiritual milestones, event attendance and fundraising efforts.

In the reports “Jewish Campus Connections” folder you'll find a set of reports to track your different types of constituents as well as any current and past interactions with them.

The Salesforce activities/events on the contact's chatter feed have been tailored to fit your needs. You can set a follow up date after an event which will kick off a follow up task on that date. You can also attach a spiritual milestone related to doing a mitzvah or a Jewish learning milestone to your activities.

For tracking your students there's also functionality that will calculate whether they are a student or alum and what class year they are - by simply entering the graduation date. This will then be useful as you do events by class year, reporting on different classes as well as outreach to alum.
