JabberJaw is the perfect tool for any Small - Medium sized business looking for a free, lightweight messaging app. Natively built on the Salesforce platform, JabberJaw allows users to chat both 1:1 and in groups, using Chatter Groups as the foundation for group messaging.
Users can choose to post JabberJaw messages to their Chatter feed, or the Chatter feed of specific records, should they wish. The uploading and sharing of images and files is also supported. All messages are encrypted, prior to storing, meaning messages are not visible outside of the context of JabberJaw. Encryption is performed using an encryption key specific to your org.
