ifthenpay | Payment Gateway integrates Salesforce with the ifthenpay payment infrastructure, enabling teams to generate Pay-By-Link payments directly from Opportunity records — without leaving the CRM. Once configured, users can create payment links, track statuses, and manage payment records from a dedicated Payment Console embedded in the Opportunity page. Payment statuses (Pending, Completed, Failed) are updated automatically via webhook callbacks from ifthenpay — no manual intervention required. The app also includes a standalone administration interface for gateway configuration and payment history, accessible to authorised users via the app. Supported payment methods depend on the methods activated in your ifthenpay account and may include: Multibanco, MBWay, Payshop, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Pix. All payment processing is handled securely by ifthenpay; Salesforce only stores non-sensitive data such as checkout URLs and external references.
