About FormCase
Create and manage external case forms with a native Salesforce app
FormCase allows Salesforce users to design and configure external case intake forms, while hosting the forms outside Salesforce for ease of use, performance, and flexibility. No website coding is required. FormCase generates a secure link that can be shared directly with customers via email or other channels. All configuration and management are performed natively within Salesforce, using familiar setup patterns and standard permission controls.
Free Edition Limitation: This free version of FormCase supports up to 100 case submissions per Salesforce org.
