BILLING AUTOMATION Create QuickBooks invoices, estimates, sales receipts, purchase orders, bills, refunds and recurring invoices. Use Salesforce Flow to generate transactions automatically, such as invoicing when an opportunity closes.
ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE Track open, paid, partially paid and overdue invoices, record full, partial or multi-invoice payments, send reminders and download invoice PDFs.
PAYMENTS Accept credit card and ACH payments, and record cash, check, wire and external payments, individually or through Flow automation.
SYNC Keep QuickBooks Online and Salesforce synchronized across customers, products, invoices, estimates, sales receipts, purchase orders, payments, balances, classes, tax rates and statuses. A Product Sync Health dashboard tracks products.
