About Narrador
Visualize relationships and interactions
Narrador is a Narrative Visualisation Tool that enables you to generate an interactive timeline based visualisation of all events and interactions relating to an entity over a defined period of time . Narrador provides the following features:
- The ability to extract all information and artefacts associated with an entity and sequencing these events against a timeline
- The ability to summarise information for each event and the entity journey as a whole
- The ability to select interactions and entity relationships that should be part of the visualisation
If you have licensed Agentforce, then you can extend Narrador’s capabilities with an extension package (no further costs) that provides the ability to determine important events to highlight, summarise information and generate a brief based on the contents of the visualisation via agent actions.

- Supports all standard and custom objects - Not only can you visualise the narrative around a standard object like Case, Account, or Opportunity but any Industry Solulution or custom can be your starting point for the narrative
- Interactively hide and display actors in the timeline
- Export diagrams as PDF or PNG
- Interactively summarize the timeline based on the events importances. (Note: the Narrador Agentforce Extension package - no further costs - provides the event importance estimation)
- Easy use and installation - just place one Flow on the Lightning Record page for any objects for which narratives should be created. That's it and you are ready to go!
- Extensible - Narrador can immediately be used OOTB without further time consuming configuration. However, it is extensible for the power user for your specific business domain. The event creation can be overridden at the object level
