FX Collection

FX Collection enable companies to manage its loan collection activities using various loan cure actions, business-specific workflows, and collector assignment. It further provides specific functionality such as workload management, collector performance evaluation, communication channels with end users, and integration with loan servicing systems.

FX Collection is integrated with native Salesforce CTI platform to which allow companies to fully automate the outbound collection calls as well as receive the inbound calls within the FX Collections. Enabling this feature will allow user to work on single platform as upon receiving the inbound call system automatically pulls the customer profile for agent's review.

Additionally, FX Collection also provides integration capabilities with document generation vendors as well as support automated collection activities including automated text messaging and emails.
