Field Tracker App by Algoworks

Field Tracker is a 100% Salesforce native application. With Algoworks’ Field Tracker app, the admins can now easily track up to 40 custom and 40 standard objects on a single interface!

The admins can track the history of any changes that are made in objects by showing the previous, as well as, the updated value. The admins can also dynamically configure any standard or custom object with easy to use interface.

To track the changes that happened in the field, all you need to do is to select a certain field to track and display field history in the history related list of an object.

Algoworks' Field Tracker App will overcome following limitations present in the OOTB Salesforce solution: 1. Standard field tracking enabled by Salesforce only allows tracking a maximum of 20 fields. 2. Certain standard objects, like ‘User’ and ‘Campaign’, cannot be tracked 3. Certain fields like ‘Roll-Up Summary’, ‘auto-number fields’, ‘Created By’, ‘Last Modified By’, and ‘Expected Revenue on Opportunity’ cannot be tracked 4. Field history data is retained for only up to 18 months.
