FASText w/ClickSend

FASText is a Salesforce Managed Package that integrates with the Messaging Service ClickSend to enable sending SMS/Text messages from within Salesforce. This Package is designed to provide customers with 2 primary options:

1. Integrate with the Contact Layout and permit the individual messaging to Contacts,

2. Provide an interface for batch processing to allow customers to develop custom backend solutions that desire to send bulk messages to Contacts,

3. Enhance Agentforce processes by leveraging this package to send Text Messages within your Agentforce Actions,

4. Lastly, FASTEK is available to create custom solutions that integrate with this Package to satisfy customer requirements that may be outside of the scope of this Package.
