eTrav Traveller Support

eTrav is a solution tailored specifically towards the needs of Traveller services in Ireland. It is based on Enclude's 15+ years of experience of working with local community organisations in Ireland.

The main features of the solution include:

• Recording specific details about Clients and Families engaged with the service (e.g. living conditions, literacy level, needs assessments)
• Ability to set up Programmes and Programme Groups
• Recording Incoming Referrals
• Recording if Client has been referred to an External service
• Details of all Client interventions (meetings, calls etc.), including tracking HSE KPIs and topics covered during an intervention
• Recording attendances at Once-off events
• Recording Outreach activities
• Setting Support Plan Objectives for Clients
• Recording Attendances at group sessions

The solution comes with a suite of in-build reports, including HSE KPI reports.
