DTX Email Validator / Email Verify (GDPR Compliant)

DTX Email Validator prevents high-risk email addresses from "poisoning" your Salesforce Data. It runs natively in Salesforce and gives customers maximum flexibility when validating emails, be it from an individual record or a list of up to 100k records. When email validation results are inconclusive, DTX Email Validator keeps retrying them until it gets a definitive result.

Before sending marketing emails, it is crucial to run an email validation to protect your sender reputation as well reducing email bounce rates. When email addresses are verified, email marketing is 1000x more effective.

All our validations are processed by Byteplant, an email validation service running since 2003 and 100% GDPR and BDSG compliant. Your IP addresses and domains are not affected by the validation - there is no backlisting risk for your IPs and domains.

DTX Email Validator's settings page allows to customize the app, such as activating daily scheduled validations (for newly created records, or to re-validate records that have been validated more than 90 days ago). You can also automate ticking the "Email Opt Out" checkbox in records with invalid, suspicious or indeterminate emails.
