Connect your Salesforce org to Gainsight Customer Success through the Gainsight CS Data Connector US, designed for Gainsight tenants hosted in the US1 and US2 regions.
The Gainsight CS Data Connector US installs the Connected App required to authorize and configure the Salesforce Connector between Salesforce and Gainsight. Once connected, the Salesforce Connector can synchronize Salesforce data with Gainsight so teams can use that customer data across Gainsight Customer Success.
With the Gainsight CS Data Connector US, admins can: – Authorize the Salesforce Connector between Salesforce and Gainsight – Enable data synchronization between Salesforce and Gainsight – Install the Data Connector that matches Gainsight tenants hosted in the US1 and US2 regions – Control Connected App access during installation for Salesforce admins, all users, or specific profiles
Getting started
An active Gainsight Customer Success tenant is required. Install this package for Gainsight tenants hosted in the US1 or US2 region. Customers with EU-hosted Gainsight tenants should install Gainsight CS Data Connector EU instead.
