Connect your Salesforce org to Gainsight Customer Success with the Gainsight CS Data Connector EU. This package is designed for Gainsight tenants hosted in the EU region.
The Gainsight CS Data Connector EU installs the Connected App required to authorize and configure the Salesforce Connector between Salesforce and Gainsight. Once the connection is authorized, admins can configure Salesforce Connector jobs to synchronize the data their organization needs between Salesforce and Gainsight.
With the Gainsight CS Data Connector EU, you can: – Securely authorize and configure the Salesforce Connector between Salesforce and Gainsight – Synchronize Salesforce data with Gainsight through out-of-the-box or custom connector jobs – Use Salesforce data across Gainsight reporting and customer success workflows – Connect Salesforce to Gainsight Customer Success tenants hosted in the EU region
Getting started
Install the Gainsight CS Data Connector EU if your Gainsight tenant is hosted in the EU region. Customers with US1 or US2 Gainsight tenants should install Gainsight CS Data Connector US instead.
