COVID-19 Community Bolt

The COVID-19 Community Bolt allows marketing teams working for healthcare providers to inform their patients and the general public of local, state, and national information while also informing them of what services are available during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Bolt is a free solution with minimal setup costs that, once installed and configured allows the marketing team to update and publish key information — with zero coding involved.

Leveraging the power of Salesforce Communities and Health Cloud, the Bolt enables Medical Directors and Marketing teams to publish information based on local needs.

• Provide the CDC's self-tracker application to educate and inform visitors on what steps and precautions they should be taking.
• Capture information to improve patient experience. Leveraging a section containing a customizable web form, providers can collect information from patients, create follow-ups, triage patients, and minimize call wait times.
• Health care providers can view Reports and Dashboards to decide what information to change based on developing trends.
