The app can be used as a 'stand alone' application as well as by organisations that are using Salesforce already as CRM platform. Combining the app with the existing CRM platform will result in a rich relationship information database for fundraising.
The app can be used by both the volunteers 'in the field' and by the employees at the (head)office. Volunteers who are authorized can use the user-friendly community to communicate with the head office, manage there volunteers and report there revenues.
