The use case is for any organization to take feedback and new ideas/suggestions on their product from their end customers. Could be B2B, B2C. Can be used for internal purposes as well where all internal employees can give their suggestions and different products or unit heads can review the ideas and prioritize them. Personas and use cases: 1. Customers /Internal employees - 2. Post new ideas on specific categories (products, departments – configurable) View ideas posted by others 3. Like/ Dislike 4. Up Vote /Downvote 5. Subscribe to ideas they want to follow – get updates

Moderators /Product owners/Unit heads 1. View different ideas by different categories, status, most popular etc 2. View the votes/likes /dislikes 3. Give an official response to the ideas 4. Prioritize them and take them for further analysis/implementation 5. Lifecyle of the idea can be tracked/monitored in this app.
