Send On WhatsApp

Send on WhatsApp is a component, designed for records' lightning pages, to streamline customer communication by providing easy integration with WhatsApp, directly from the Salesforce environment. With Send on WhatsApp, you can send messages with one button action on Salesforce, which saves time and increases productivity.

The setup process is simple and requires no technical or coding expertise: Once the package is installed, you add the component on lightning record pages of any object. After opening up the record page for the first time, you select fields to be used as WhatsApp number and message text in the component screen, and then you are ready to go.

You can change your preferred WhatsApp phone and text fields anytime via the settings button on the top-right corner. Any string, phone or number fields as well as formula fields are accepted.

With Add to Timeline toggle, you have the option to log messaging activity to your record's timeline. Besides, the component searches Salesforce for any Contacts or Leads with the selected WhatsApp phone number. If any Contact found, the messaging activity is also logged to the found -or selected if multiple- Contact's timeline.
