Elements makes it easy to unify digital messaging across Salesforce and non-Salesforce environments. It enables organizations to standardize on Webex Connect for orchestration while preserving a consistent agent desktop. With minimal setup and no rip-and-replace required, Elements is ideal for hybrid contact centers or those replacing legacy chat tools.
Coming soon, b+s Connects: Elements will also support Webex AI Agent integration with Salesforce Agentforce. This will allow customer conversations to start with AI and transfer to human agents with full context, transcription, and Einstein-powered insights.
