The Appointment Easy application is a calendar publishing and self-service appointment booking solution. It empowers app users to effortlessly publish their calendars online through Salesforce Experience Cloud. This enables end customers to conveniently book appointments at their own convenience, anytime and anywhere, as long as they have an internet connection. Additionally, the application provides the capability to set up appointment reminders and establish rules for appointment changes and cancellations, enhancing overall usability. Importantly, all data processing occurs entirely within the Salesforce platform. For Premium Edition, it includes enhance security (Recaptcha) and configurable appointment landing page.
