As each Salesforce org is unique, we purposely designed the app to provide you maximum flexibility. Meaning; it's LEAN. 1. we send your VAT input to the applicable database and give you the result. 2. use the result in a FLOW. What you do with the result is entirely up to you. No limits!

We currently have examples for two basic ways of validation; 1. via the included record page component. Sample use case; Allow a Salesforce user to validate the (pre-filled) VAT number as part of the customer onboarding process. Use a flow to automatically process the outputs from VAT check once user chooses to SAVE the output. Example when VAT number is correct; store the VAT number and set custom date field 'VAT validated timestamp' to 'TODAY'. 2. via a scheduled/autolaunch flow. Sample use case; execute a nightly scheduled flow that validates all VAT numbers periodically
