- Classification and filtering: Categorizes every case and detects spam, auto-replies, partnership requests and notifications.
- Human handoff: Escalates to an agent when needed, with an optional approval step before sending.
- Agent copilot: Suggests replies and improves drafts in the Lightning console for cases handled by your team.
- Priority scoring: Scores urgency and customer sentiment (AISAT).
