We found that everywhere we worked followed the same ridgit and corporate framework of hard and fast capturing of requirements and a locked down list of deliverables that were to be implemented with no room for flexibility. Do you know everything you want upfront? Of course not! Having spent over 9 years working in this way and seeing how the customer was left frustrated and unable to truly get what they really wanted we decided to go it alone and implement a different way of working, a process of working with our client the hole way through the project hand in hand, ensuring that everything that is needed is implemented and nothing forgotten.
